Amori are curled, ridged hollow tubes of pasta that look like corkscrew macaroni. Other names for Amori include Cavatappi, Cellantani, Torselli, Serpentini, etc. but we fondly call it the spiral of love!

This tubular shaped pasta come from Southern Italy originally and are an adaptable shape suited to many types of pasta sauce. They taste best in pasta dishes that are baked, or have creamy sauces.

I recently tried Amori Pasta and absolutely loved it!

The pasta has a great texture—firm but not too hard—and it holds sauces really well. It cooks evenly and doesn't stick together, which makes it perfect for any dish, whether it’s a simple tomato sauce or something more creamy and rich.

This is the best pasta I’ve ever had!

This is the best pasta I’ve ever had! It’s made from 100% suji , which makes it a healthier option. I love that I can enjoy it guilt-free, especially when those late-night cravings hit. I made it with their sauce, and it turned out absolutely delicious—just yummm!
