Vegan Broccoli and Corn Pasta

An appetising and creative recipe for a vegan and 100% healthy first course made with broccoli and corn that will satisfy your palate without sacrificing a healthy and wholesome mealRead the recipe and learn how to prepare a new tasty dish!


  • 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta Gustora, boiled
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp spreadable agar agar
  • 1/2 cup warm water


  • In a food blender, add blanched broccoli florets, walnuts, garlic cloves and olive oil, and blend it to a smooth paste.
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and sauté the broccoli, walnut and garlic paste.
  • In a bowl, take warm water and add spreadable agar agar to it and mix well.
  • Add it to the pan and add salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.
  • Add sweet corn and boiled pasta to it.
  • Mix well and simmer cook for another minute or two. Serve warm with crispy taco shells or as in with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
