The word rigatoni comes from the Italian word rigato which means “ridged” or “lined”. Rigatoni is a particular favorite pasta shape in the south of Italy, especially in Sicily. Its eponymous ridges make better adhesive surfaces for sauces and grated cheese.

Boil the water( For 200 g of pasta boil 2 liters of Water). When the water has boiled add salt. Wait for 30 seconds and then add pasta. When Cooked, drain the pasta and add your desire sauce.
