Cook the pasta in very salty water until al dente (6 to 8 minutes to cook). Drain pasta and set aside.
Put a pasta pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add butter and heat till it melts.
Whisk flour into the butter n let it cook for 30 seconds. Slowly add milk into the pot, whisking continuously to break any lumps formed. Cook until the sauce thickens n begins to simmer for about 7-10 mins.
Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper into the sauce and cook for around 1-2 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
Remove the sauce from the heat. Add cream cheese and shredded parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until the cheese has melted. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce coating it well in it. Serve immediately and enjoy.
