Boil the Fettuccine in abundant boiling salted water.
In the meantime, grate the Pecorino into thin strips.
Grind a generous amount of pepper in a serving bowl, where you will then season the pasta.
Drain the Fettuccine, pour them into the bowl with 2 ladles of the pasta water (it will serve to dissolve and mix the seasoning), then add the grated Pecorino cheese little by little, stirring until it is completely melted. Enjoy!!
